オバマが高めで物を言っても、すでに去る人であり、
フィリピンにとってどうでもいい人なんであります。
そのUSAの次の大統領選挙で米国は自己矛盾にあります。
トランプ候補の過去の発言をマスコミが取り上げた、それはひどい発言らしい。
そこで、トランプを大統領候補から降ろせという動きが出ているそうです。
さて、このことでありますが、
そういうことが実現すると、アメリカが世界に誇る大統領候補を選ぶ民主的方法を
自己否定することになる。
本音が建て前をぶちこわすわけです。
さて、これには二つの意味があり、

トランプ過去発言を問題にしているマスコミに米国民サイレントが
ついて行くかです。鳥越というクロンカイト気取りがいた。こいつは、
マスコミ人気で都知事になれると思った。蓮舫もその延長。
こいつらは、錯覚クロンカイト。
本物クロンカイトはベトナム戦争当時CBSニュース解説者でした。
ベトナム戦争当時、ジョンソン大統領は
「「クロンカイト（の支持）を失うということは、アメリカの中産階級（の支持基盤）を
失うということだ

こうジョンソン大統領は語って、大統領選挙に出なかった。
立派な副大統領であり、大統領でした。
まず、usaマスコミは強い力を持つが今回はそれが発揮されるかです。
米国中産階級がそれに従うかです。さらに言うと今、米国中産階級は存在するのかとなります。

他国に民主主義と国際協調主義を押しつけられるのかと言うことです。

間違いなく民主主義が選んだ大統領です。
さて、アメリカの在フィリピン大使が手続き抜きでシャブ売人を殺すことを非難すると、
「〇い、ウン〇。」とゆうたそうです。報道は微妙に報道している。
チャイナシャブというように、この言葉があらわすことは重要です。
殺されている売人の何倍もの中国系華僑が自首しているわけで、
このdrug warは対中国闘争なのであります。
ミンダナオのアブサヤフというのは基本的にマフィアでフィリピンには二つの政府があった。
ドトゥルテ大統領は二つの戦争を進行させていて、
スービックベイとクラークに治外法権は与えないということも含むわけです。
独立戦争を始めたわけです。
２ しかし現実的なドトゥルテ大統領であります。
アラン プリシマ 元フィリピン国家警察長官がNAIA,T3で逮捕された。
マニラ国際空港第三ターミナルで逮捕されたわけです。
毎週3000万をフィリピン国民から吸い上げていた権力者が逮捕された。
これが今年の5月20日です。
ロドリゴ ドトゥルテ氏が大統領選挙で当確になったのが
5月9日
プリシマ元国家警察長官は外国に逃げようとした。
T3は外国行きターミナルだからです。
DELTAでアメリカに行こうとしたかも。
6月に大統領が替わる前に逃げたくなった。
ところが空気は読まれていて彼は5月に逮捕された。
すでに訴追はされていたのです。もちろん賄賂です。
ところが、今年の8月に裁判所が9月5日から9月27日
まで3万ペソの保釈金で彼を保釈した。

So sue Purisima for graft – Palace
MANILA, Philippines – Malacañang yesterday said anyone could file charges against President Aquino’s fair-haired boy – dismissed police chief Alan Purisima – if they have the proof to show he embezzled public funds during his term as head of
the Philippine National Police.
Presidential Communications Operations Office Secretary Herminio Coloma Jr. did not defend the former top cop from revelations made by The STAR columnist Jarius Bondoc in his “Gotcha” column yesterday, entitled: “Purisima collected P1 B from casino – but for whom?”
“Citizens are encouraged to participate actively in ensuring the accountability of public officials if they are aware of improper or illegal acts committed by public officials,” the Palace official told reporters in a text message.
All the more reason they should file criminal charges or violations of the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act (RA 3019) “if they have the necessary proof,” he said. “They can bring these matters to the attention of the ombudsman for proper assessment.”
Bondoc wrote that the First Cagayan Leisure and Resort Corp. (FCLRC) released from January 2012 to June 2015 more than P937 million in 41 receipts to “Alan La Madrid Purisima.”
The fund was to benefit the Philippine Sports Commission as mandated by Republic Act 6847, which gives it five percent of the gross earnings of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (Pagcor).
In a statement sent to The STAR, Pagcor clarified that it does not regulate FCLRC as this operates under the jurisdiction of the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority, which was established by RA 7922.
It added that since RA 6847 was enacted, “Pagcor has been consistently remitting its income share directly to the PSC.”
The statement also said that from 1990 to 2015, Pagcor gave PSC a total of P11.13 billion. Under the Aquino government (from July 2010 to December 2015), Pagcor’s contribution to PSC ballooned to P3.9 billion from the previous remittance of P2.85 billion by the preceding Pagcor management.
The PNP also distanced itself from the issue, with spokesman Chief Supt. Wilben Mayor saying Purisima is no longer connected with the unit.
Current PNP chief Director General Ricardo Marquez also denied any involvement when asked if the top post in the police organization enjoys such benefits.
“Perks? None that I know of, (I) haven’t received any. I fall in line even at the airport,” Marquez said.
As if giving a hint to Bondoc or his sources on the alleged irregularity, Coloma said, “Under our existing laws, the ombudsman is empowered to prosecute cases of graft and corruption against senior government officials.”
“Public office is a public trust and public officials are accountable for their actions. We should note that financial transactions of government agencies, including GOCCs, are subject to audit by the Commission on Audit,” Coloma added.
GOCC stands for government-owned and controlled corporations.
Based on what he gathered, Bondoc – a multi-awarded journalist known for his documented and factual insights – wrote that a certain “Alan La Madrid Purisima” earned P937.4 million in casino earnings from January 2012 to June 2015.
This was apparently an amount that was “withheld” from the Philippine Sports Commission – a GOCC – and represented five percent of casino collections, in compliance with RA 6847.
Bondoc’s column was replete with details, including the serial numbers of the 41 acknowledgment receipts that bore First Cagayan firm’s “letterhead.”
He wrote that the PNP has nothing to do with “sports development,” much less casino earnings.
“Still, the name ‘Alan La Madrid Purisima’ appears as recipient of a total of P937,424,003.85 from First Cagayan. The sources said payee ‘Purisima’ must have been drawing the money for a higher-up,” Bondoc revealed.
Purisima was appointed by Aquino in December 2012 and was suspended by the ombudsman over the gun license controversy in October 2014.
Aquino designated him to call the shots in the bungled January 2015 Mamasapano tragedy that claimed
the lives of 44 elite members of the PNP Special Action Force.
“The sources of the documents hint that payee Purisima is well known to the administration of President Noynoy Aquino. They quietly have checked with the NBI the authenticity of signatures. Graft charges are being readied,” Bondoc wrote.
“There used to be an infamous Alan La Madrid Purisima in the P-Noy admin. He used to be director-general of the Philippine National Police, until sacked by the ombudsman for graft in June 2015,” he added. – With Cecille Suerte Felipe
